DALLAS, TX –Dallas entrepreneur, business owner and investor Arthur Hood, owner of Hood Global Investment Holdings LLC, has been named Chairman and CEO of Heritage O & G Corp and its subsidiary companies including  ETLA Acquisitions Corp. and Blue Bear Energy. Established in 2011, Heritage provides petroleum products via stripper wells specializing in the use of modern technology to recover oil.

 

Hood Global Investment Holdings owns and manages the following Orum Victus Partners LP, a fund engaged in equity investments and asset based lending; Orum Victus Factoring engaged in receivable purchasing and purchase order financing; Orum Victus Energy engaged in equity investments as well as lending in various projects; and P&I Capital LLC providing bridge funding for small public companies, asset based lending as well as capital advisory services in all types of financing, debt, equity, mezzanine, join ventures and partnerships.

 

A native of Birmingham Alabama, Arthur Hood attended Shades Mountain Christian School in Birmingham and has lectured in several University Business School classes in the subject of entrepreneurship and finance

 

 

Hood came to Texas in 2010 where he has operated a conglomerate of small lending companies, commercial finance consulting services and direct investments in multiple industries including commercial real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing beverages and technology Following years of developing and selling such business as commercial catfish farms, trucking companies and underground construction company with projects throughout the Southeast, Hood engaged in business financing where as a consultant and advisor, he brokered over $250M in debt financings and $50M in mezzanine financing and participated or advised in over $50M of equity transactions and $10M of venture capital placement.
